I'm a happy & proud dad because this is my daughter's 2nd car purchase(1st new via order) and she did it all by herself! But our sales person Andrew was the best! He is friendly and professional. Andrew is very respectful, helpful and prompt which is a plus. Thank you for a wonderful experience and if you never been here before I highly recommend it!

Adam Duran is amazing! Great communication, no hard sell, completely consultative through the whole process which is very much appreciated and we love our new Rav 4 limited Hybrid. He got us a better financing deal than we had through our lender. Adam delivered the whole package and we're very happy with him and Pedersen

On 4/8, I began the process of trading in my 2018 Honda Civic EX on a 2010 Toyota Tundra. I worked with Chris Stohldrier in sales and he made the trade/buying experience a smooth and painless experience. With his help, I got the trade and down payment I needed and the monthly payment I wanted. He made sure the truck was detailed and serviced before I took ownership. All in all, I had a great buying experience at Pedersen and it all started with Chris as my salesman.

The people were kind, but they mark their cars up a ton and low ball on trade-ins. I was able to get my trade-in for $2K more at a different dealership and purchase the exact same 4Runner I was looking at for $6K less than what they were selling at. Definitely do your due diligence and research on what market rates are before buying here.

Wish zero stars was an option. Service department needs some serious customer service training. When visiting in FoCo, I started having car problems at the end of my trip and didn't feel comfortable driving it for the 12 hour trek home. I dropped it off at Pedersen Toyota to see if they could run some diagnostics and let me know what might be the issue.
I contacted them a couple of times to inquire as to its status, was eventually told a technician would be looking at it. After a couple of days I was connected with Casey with the service department. He was extremely insensitive to my situation, had a crass, patronizing demeanor and told me their customers have to wait a month to get service so he did not know when they could get to my car.
I asked why this wasn't previously relayed to me as I had called and texted a few times and was literally just sitting a hotel room waiting for them to look at my car. He didn't care at all, laughed about my situation, and made no effort to help me in any way. I asked him if, considering my situation of needing to get home coupled with how busy they were (who actually takes their car here is beyond me!), if he could refer me to another car service place which could work on Lexus.
He laughed and said Denver or Greeley, I reminded him that my car was not in good working order and that it would be unsafe to drive it that far, he did not care. I fully understand that they were busy and have other customers but it is the treatment that I am most upset about, it was already a very stressful situation for me and for Casey to not even recognize that on a humanistic level was extremely offensive to me.
I ended up getting my car, doing a quick google search, easily found a local repair shop that serviced Lexus, they stopped everything they were doing and helped me immediately. I feel that Toyota and Lexus in general, needs to know about how customers are treated after purchase and will be messaging the corporation as well. This could have been handled so much better and I would expect more from a seemingly reputable dealer.

My sales contact was Josh Keyton, whom was very friendly and informative during my vehicle purchase. I appreciated that Josh moved me quickly through the process, and provided follow up after the purchase checking to see how things were going! During financing, Bo Walser was incredibly personable, which made the whole buying situation much less stressful.
He also was able to secure me a fantastic term rate and I felt that he went out of his way to ensure I was getting a fair, market competitive deal. This was my first purchase of a Toyota, and I will be coming back to this dealership specifically for the next purchase down the road! Highly recommend, thank you Pedersen Toyota!

Sorely disappointed with the quality of service this place is now giving. I used to come here for all my Toyota and Lexus parts because the guys/gals behind the counter knew their product! That is NOT the case anymore and the sloth behind the counter os disappointing. I will start driving to McDonald Toyota in Greeley as they are more knowledgable, faster and friendly. Additionally over the phone is no better. Pederson left me on hold for 8min and I never had anyone pick up, as well as their phone que system kept sending me to the wrong department. I called McDonald Toyota and had my question answered in less than 30 seconds.

My husband and I are visiting Fort Collins from out of state, and on the drive here, our radio/navigation system quit working. We stopped by Pedersen Toyota to see if they could look at it. The service manager, Mike, was very helpful. He told us to leave the car there and he would have it looked at, working it in with other service orders. A kindly gentleman drove us back to our son's home in the shuttle van.
Later in the day Mike called to explain that fixing the problem would be rather pricy, and we opted not to do anything on it at this time. When I returned to pick up the car, not only had they diagnosed the electrical problem, but they also had fixed a hole in one tire. Even with the extra work involved, Mike would not accept any payment. This was such a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had here. Excellent service for sure!

Brought 2021 truck in for oil change and get wiper nozzles replaced due to them not spraying. They ordered them in, told me no appointment required just come grab them when they come in. Fast forward to today, I came to pick them up. I stood around for 5 minutes while the person guys talked with each other. A technician walked in and told them "hey, you got a guy standing here waiting".
I was than told 59.99 for the nozzles. I explained it's warranty and the guy said yea I see that but you have to schedule an appointment. I explained the service writer specifically said I didn't have to. Complete waste of time and the yea "sorry mang " response from the parts guy was a joke. The 2 hour and 30 minute oil change should of been a hint that this dealership sucks. Thanks for having me drive in to be ignored and talked to like an idiot. How about fixing what you messed up rather than telling me to fix your mistake

This dealership is not my local dealership, in fact I drove up from Denver. Nick W. was my salesman and he was amazing. He knew what I wanted and did a great job keeping an eye out for my desired vehicle. He stayed in touch and contacted me immediately when one was available. He made sure the vehicle I wanted was kept for me so I could drive up on a weekend to purchase.
I brought my teen son with me. It really impressed me that Nick and his whole team treated BOTH of us with such respect throughout the experience. The team streamlined the purchasing process so I didn't have to spend the whole day at the dealership and that was nice. Not a minute of my time at the dealership was waiting around. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Nick and his team. Well worth the drive.

I really hesitated leaving a review, especially a negative one but I was so frustrated and super disappointed with the service department. When I got there the gentleman that greeted me wasn't very nice. I explained to him I was there to get an alignment and my 3rd brake light replaced. He gave me the price for the alignment but said he would call me with a quote for the brake light.
I also asked him if they could check my fluids while it was in the shop. He acted like this was a huge deal. My appointment was at 12:15 but I dropped off my car around noon. We were supposed to get a snow storm that day but I figured my car was there early enough it wouldn't be an issue to get home. I called around 2pm to check if my car would be finished soon because the roads we're getting bad and I still hadn't heard about the brake light.
I was told I'd get a call back. I didn't hear from them until 4:45. Some lady called me and told me my brake light would be $21 and I had until 5:30 to pick up my car. Fort Collins was on accident alert and the roads were terrible from the snow so I asked if it would be possible to leave it there overnight. She said it would be fine but they don't open until Monday.
Well I can't leave my car there all weekend. We made it there just in time. I was pulling out of the parking lot and decided to make sure my light was fixed. They never did it! I pulled back into the bay to ask them about it. Some guy told me someone should have called to tell me they couldn't replace it because of the type of bulb and it would have to be done by Lexus. Well that is fine but how was I quoted $21.00 over the phone. He was in a hurry to get me out of there because they were closing. Rude!

Took our 2021 4runner in for a check engine light. Got it back with the passenger side dashboard and floorboard covered in grease. Not really sure why someone was in the passenger side for a check engine light? Thanks for taking such good care of your customers vehicles. I'll be sending you a bill for the detail.

We bought a new car in September. Right now it has 3200 miles on it. One of the tires keeps losing air. We have filled it up twice. I'm a grandmother who watches her grandkids for my daughter, a nurse with unpredictable hours. This is a BRAND NEW car. This should not be happening to begin with. But they won't see me! Offered me an appointment a MONTH out! Told me to go to Discount Tire!
Yesterday they told me to bring it in this morning and they would take a look and we could figure out how to proceed. This morning they told me it would be " a couple of hours" before they could look at a 5 minute problem! Look, it's either a puncture (that I can't see) or the valve stem or a defective tire. My husband even bought an extended warranty (Yeah, I know!) on the tires because it also covers a lost key fob, and those are really expensive. What good is a warranty if they won't see you?

We drove past two Toyota dealerships to get to our salesman, Jeff Gipson at Pedersen Toyota. Jeff is knowledgeable, kind, patient and resourceful! Getting a new vehicle these days can be difficult but Jeff got the job done with excellent communication and managed expectations every step of the way. The finance manager Bo was super easy to work with too. No high pressure sales, no nonsense. Easily our best car buying experience ever.

I found my experience here exceptionally dissatisfactory and was thoroughly disappointed and felt taken advantage of as a college student. I broke down in Wyoming with a bad front wheel bearing and towed my FJ Cruiser to Pedersen. They prioritized my service as the vehicle was underivable and I got it back 5 days later. Everything was fine up until here.
Then they charged me a fee of $500 for a diagnostic I did not agree to. I new it was the wheel bearing and that was what I wanted worked on. $500 is a large sum for a self supporting college student and I had not prepared for it. After paying my dues I took the vehicle across the street and drove in circles and forward and backwards to check that it was working properly.
This is when I discovered that I could not shift from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive. MY 4 WHEEL DRIVE WORKED WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF, AND DID NOT WHEN I PICKED IT UP. I took it back and they looked at it and said they needed to take apart the transfer case. But the thing is it was a new transfer case I got 6 months ago. They wanted to charge me to take it apart.
I called my home mechanic and he said the car won't go into 4 wheel drive if the sensor on the wheel wasn't reading (they worked on the wheel bearing). I asked the dealership about this and the diverted the question with their mechanic said they need to take apart the transfer case, 11 hours in labor. I reminded them that it worked when I left it with them and that as I college student I couldn't pay that. the response amounted to "this is certainly an inconvenience." They took advantage of the fact I was traveling to college and am a student without another mode of transportation. I will not be dealing with them again.

I have never posted a review even if my experience was horrible, but this dealership really upset me. I took a Camry I had bought the month before to Pedersen to get a list of everything that is wrong with it. The repairs quote came out to almost $2,000. Since I work on cars myself, I told them I would do most of it myself for cheaper. For example: they claimed that both of my inner CV boots were leaking and the car had a major transmission fluid leak.
I went down the list and checked everything they claimed was "wrong" with the vehicle, and 90% of what was listed did NOT need repaired. I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to my boyfriends work (Les Schwab) for them to look as well. They did a thorough inspection and also found NOTHING wrong with the transmission, or inner CV boots. Whoever inspected my car lied.
My theory is (I could be totally wrong) but, they saw a young girl bring in a used car and assumed I wouldn't know anything about mechanics, so they quoted me for repairs that weren't even needed. If I didn't know any better, I would've paid $2,000 for unnecessary repairs! Please DO NOT let this dealership scam you. If you have enough knowledge on cars, look at the car yourself before you pay them a ridiculous amount of labor to fix it. - the service advisor who did my inspection was Bob Troutman. Please stop lying to vulnerable customers!

Toyota is an amazing car company and has always proven to be very reliable. My family has been getting cars through Stevinson Toyota for years and have always had positive experiences from the amazing deals to the customer service. I myself work in a customer service environment so I can understand frustrations with customers. I was however, extremely disappointed with how myself and my family were treated at this establishment.
I came in looking for a specific deal for a specific car and was fast talked into signing paperwork for a car that was 2x more expensive than what I was looking for. When I asked to stop and look for the right car for my needs I was treated like I was wasting time and taking money out of the pockets of the salesman Josh and the company. There was no concern for my financial needs or what I was looking for in a vehicle.
When I had Josh speak with my father about what I was looking for he blamed me for making these decisions and said that I was the one that chose to make the decisions I did and had no intention in helping me find a different car. Though I understand I might have agreed to what he was selling me I feel that it was handled in an unprofessional manor.
He was giving me and my father attitude and kept trying to get me to continue with the original deal that I clearly was not I treated in. He was made aware that I have little experience purchasing and leasing cars so I felt played because he didn't assist me in finding a better car to suit my needs. When I asked for a specific monthly payment for a car he told me that it was "impossible" and that "his managers won't be very happy that I changed my mind buying a 29,000$ car".
A very heavy financial investment mind you. When I was told that I couldn't be helped I took my plates and my keys and went to Stevinson Toyota at Denver West. I was able to find a significantly better deal with them and was extremely happy with my experience there. It also took Pedersen Toyota 2 days to follow up with me and leave me a voicemail about how sorry they were with my experience.
When it comes to COVID the amount of office staff packed into the same room not wearing masks was slightly off putting and didn't make me feel like I was in a clean environment. Take the extra 45 minutes and drive down to Denver if you want you and your family to be treated with respect while you make a life hanging purchase.

Josh was the worst! He was so rude and a bully and inappropriate to our son and my husband on the phone trying to lease our sons first car with us on the phone because of COVID. We told our son to leave immediately and drive back home and go to Stevinson Toyota. Treated so much better there as always. Will never go to Pederson again! Beware if you go there. If you do steer clear of Josh. So rude.

In the midst of a pandemic, office employees adjacent to the waiting room, were either not wearing masks or the masks were not covering their nose. I was in twice and let the service manager know of my concerns. The second time, which was the next day I had to tell the individual driving my car to please pull up his mask. While waiting for my vehicle I also noticed the service manager himself was not wearing a mask while addressing his employees. Based on this leadership it was easy to see the lack of concern all around.

We just bought a car from Pedersen and it could not have been easier. Our salesperson, Anda Paul, took great care of us from the start. I called looking for a specific car and Anda found one that was being made and helped me secure it. She kept us informed about the car's whereabouts as it traveled to the dealership. Once the car hit Pedersen's lot, Anda made sure we had it in our hands by that evening. Their finance department was great to work with too. Highly recommend Pedersen.

I made an appointment for 1 PM for a simple oil change and asked them to please look for where a leak was coming from. The oil change took over three hours to complete. I was then told that my gasket valve covers needed to be replaced with an estimate of almost $800. I then called my mechanic who informed me that this has been an ongoing problem and he could fix it for $200 instead.
I was completely unimpressed by my service technician who seemed to have an attitude problem, or may possibly be the human incarnation of Mr. Scrooge. I'd also like to give honorable mention to the front desk girl who was absolutely worthless for answering my inquiries about the wait time, and decided not to wear a mask behind the counter. It's not like we're in the middle of a pandemic or anything.
Maybe she was more concerned about how the mask affected her giant hoop earrings then the safety of those around her? Either way I will not be bringing my car back for any further service. Not unless I need extra time to write a medical dissertation or to find time to cure the Covid virus.

There was a young who helped me. D'Lornn McMullen. A true American hero as he is serving as a Marine, but also the epitome of customer service and kindness. It was time to get a new or in my case used vehicle and he did a great job helping to look at options and figure out what made the most sense for my specific situation. Normally I try and push pretty hard on the deal, but did not in this case as I just had such a respect for him. Be aware that I brought my own financing in and theirs was quite a bit higher, so in the end went with mine and saved quite a lot of money.

I purchased a Volkswagen Golf GTI from Peterson Toyota. I traded in my Toyota 4 Runner to lower my monthly payment and get something more economical. After the long process of dealing with the sales manager, we agreed on the price and the financials were in order. I signed for the vehicle and we were ready to close the deal by handing over the keys.
When the vehicle was brought out of the detail shop, and I approached it, I noticed small hail dents on the roof. There were none on the hood, so it was difficult ti notice. I mentioned it to the samples rep who was confused because there was no mention of it in their paperwork. I stressed to them that the value of the car will be significantly different because of the hail damage.
The sales manager said they would rectify the issue. Once I left, they never called me back. I've left a few messages but no return call. It's been about a month and I haven't been able to get the issue fixed. I ran a blue book on the car and it was sold to me for full value (excellent condition). So, now I am apparently stuck with a dented car worth far less than what I paid. I've left multiple messages for the sales managers but have not received a reply.
Now I'm upside down on the car about $10K because it's value is far less with the hail damage according to my insurance compnyIf you want to avoid getting scammed, I would go with a better company. UPDATE: I called Toyota corporate office and notified them of the situation. Toyota corporate took very good care listening to every detail of the situation.
The hail damage is now being repaired completely at no cost to me. I will update this review to 4 stars after repairs are done. If anyone has any issues they can't get resolved with a Toyota dealership, the corporate office will make sure you're taken care of. Update: 5/22/20 The repairs were done and done very well. I ran into another issue when I called the finance company and they had no account setup for the vehicle I purchased a month and a half after I purchased it (preferred lender). I called Pedersen again and had to leave a message with an account representative to sort out the issue. Waiting on a call back.
