Do yourself a favor - do not give your hard earned money to this horrible company. Manager / owner is a liar, their service is awful, they have no concept of keeping a time schedule. Went here twice (because I'm an idiot) and they tried to tell me parts were broken, yes - I fell for it the first time! I know I could have installed my stereo better, faster, and for sure more professionally than these guys. I do not recommend using this company.

Absolute joke of a company, customer service is that of a disgruntled potato. brought my car in to have a head unit installed, and set an appointment 2 weeks from that day. two weeks later i go to the store for my appointment, drop my car off and go home, just to get a call saying they dont have the head unit in stock and i have to wait another 2 weeks. additionally i got new door speakers which they didnt even screw in correctly and broke a seal on my window. then they didnt plug in my back up camera which had already been installed. do not use this "company" unless you dont care about your car, money, or time. i wish i could leave a worse review

We had an amplifier installed at B.Buy and tech finished install and tested and speakers were only playing on one side. Messed with settings for about ten minutes and told me the head unit needed to be replaced due to a "load issue". Nothing they could do to fix. Stopped in here and these guys told me to bring in the car the next day. They trouble shot the entire install done by someone else and were able to fix for only a $55 charge. Seriously, $55 to pull apart dash, side panels, etc. They were awesome!

Johnny and Lewis are super knowledgeable when it comes to audio, window tint, and much more. I got my care tinted and the film is the clearest yet private film I have seen. Took my car in to get a subwoofer installed. About an hour and a half after I got my car back my A/C started violently glitching and then just stopped working. Tried to go back to the guy and let him know but he wanted to charge 45 for a diagnostic which was a complete lie. It turns out he messed with my wiring so bad that it had caused a $1,400 fix at the dealership.
Never ever EVER go to this location. The shop is shady and this place is horrible. The owner is a huge jerk and made me feel stupid the entire time I was there. All he cares about is money. Not customer service, not making things right, not doing quality work. If I had the authority to shut this place down I would.

Would not recommend this business. TERRIBLE customer service, over priced products, and poor quality installations. My husband and I had two of our cars installed with radios by them. My husband took our van there to install a radio we bought from another store. The experience was fine, so we decided to purchase a radio from them and have it installed in my car the same day.
The man at the desk recommended the most expensive radio they had ($400). I said that was over budget. He did not help me select another radio. My husband ended up selecting one of their least expensive radios ($160). After picking up my car from the parking lot, my A/C and heat was disconnected and they did not anchor the new radio at all (see picture).
My husband took the car back to be fixed. They kept him waiting an hour and a half. After the repairs, I became unhappy with the radio we selected because of a design flaw. I called the shop to ask if I could return the radio and have a different one installed. They were going to charge me a re-stocking fee of 25% and charge me again for installation.
I politely asked if they could work with me on the price since I was unhappy with the radio and I just had two vehicles done there. The gentleman on the phone said, "So, what you're telling me is you have buyers remorse and because you just don't like the radio you want my guys to do work for free." We will not do business with them again. Wasted $300.

The first vehicle we brought was handled fairly well. We brought in our own stereo and some parts and they were able to install no problem, though there was some rather large gaps in the space between the stereo and the AC control panel and the inside of the car was not cleaned or dusted after the work was done. That is somewhat tolerable. What is not tolerable is when we brought my wife's car there the next week.
After installing the radio, we picked it up and they had forgotten to plug back in the AC controls, leaving my wife and two infant children in a car without heat during the winter until they could fit us in to fix it. Before bringing it back, I was making sure the stereo install went well by testing the radio. When I pressed a button on the radio, it fell into the dash.
They did not anchor it in. You can see it in the photo. I called and they said they would fix that as well.which they did without charging, but took almost two hours as I sat and waited. They left the car dirty on the inside, they did not dust or clean the dashboards after the install, and just threw all the extra parts into the floorboard. Disorganized, scattered, careless.
After bringing the car back to my wife, she noticed that the head unit was poorly designed and non-dimmable light was flooding out of the bluetooth connection notifier making it very distracting while driving at night. Obviously a design flaw by Kenwood. But, she called and asked if we could bring the radio back and return it and have them install another stereo.
They were very rude to my wife, saying she had buyers remorse, and they were not going to work with her on exchanging the stereo out and then seemed put out as though we were inconveniencing them when we asked to have another one installed. After that level of poor customer service, rude and impatient language towards my wife, and a general lack of punctuality, organization, and cleanliness, we will NOT be bringing or recommending any of our family members or friends to come bring their vehicle to this shop. If they delete this review, I'll just repost it. Unless the owner or manager calls me to clear this up, this review will stay.

Our son brought his car here to get speakers put in. After leaving the speakers and radio worked for about 10 min and then stopped. My son then had to bring the car back after the weekend to get it looked at. They called and said it was working. Again, stopped working after about 10 min. The customer service is less that desirable. The worker said it was working when he left.
Maybe it is a faulty speaker. If this is true then why aren't we being told that for sure so that it can be handled. Why aren't you offering to do whatever to rectify the situation for a job that has been paid for. Instead we are having to pay someone else to fix this issue. The stereo was fine when we brought it in and now nothing works. Is this a company that takes advantage because a teenager brought it in instead of us.
Do they treat all customers this way? Rob is the owner of the store. You should be worried about your customer service and handling customers that have paid for a job. Yes, the speakers are in, but what good does it do if they don't work? Very dissatisfied and unhappy. If you could give a 0 star to the man that helped my son. I would do so! All he did was give me excuses and not offer to rectify and fix the issue.

They have a good selection and are very knowledgeable. Maybe too knowledgeable. Treat you like you are dumb if you ask a question about what you are purchasing if they feel like it is a dumb question. Seem like they are uninterested in your business. Used to go to these guys, finally got fed up with it. 3 strikes you're out.
