The words "we, " "us, " "our" and "ours" as used below refer to the dealer and to the Financial Institutions selected to receive your application. You authorize the dealer, as part of the credit underwriting process, to submit this application and any other application submitted in connection with the proposed transaction to the Financial Institutions disclosed to you by the dealer, for review.
I was treated more then fair, Brady was very kind and patient with me while answering all of my questions as well. I did my research all weekend before coming into buy, and this definitely was the best bang for my buck. Also willing to help with any minor fixes (going to repair sensor for me soon) without hesitation, he was willing to help me out.

This is a small town experience in the big city! There's not 12 salesmen swarming like sharks, there is one guy doing his best to serve his customers. There is a surprisingly huge amount of cars available, and even more that aren't on the lot (it is a bit cramped, having many multiples of the same model wouldn't be the best use of space) We were able to look at any vehicle we wanted, and never once felt pressured!

I would never buy my vehicle from Moss Motors. I was interested in a Buick they had in the lot. First the salesman acted like he didn't want to hand me the keys to the car. He said he needed to go get it inside even though he had the keys on him since he had to unlock the car for us to sit in. 10 minutes later he came back outside and told me he found out the details on the car.
I then had to ask him again for the keys. He handed me the key I tried to start it but for whatever reason the key was not going in the ignition like it should. He rudely told me to move and he would start it. The car at this point would not start. He then began accusing me of trying to put my Ford key in the ignition of the Buick saying I must have locked it out.
I am not 5 years old I would never put a different key into the ignition of a car. So with this being said, I believe he knew from the beginning it was not going to start since he was so hesitant on handing me the key in the first place. I would have to say this is a shady place to go and I would not trust them at all.
