If you are looking for Customer Service or a fair dealership, this is not it. Keep moving. I paid my truck off in a timely matter as stated in the contract and took it back for them to take the GPS off and a month later still haven't received it. Have called and the good old story is that it is in the mail. Their story it would take ten minutes to take the GPS off turned into a hour plus.

Great dealership and the cars are in good condition, and they run great. I've had my car a year with no problems and minimum maintenance. I recommend them highly. You can't find better customer service.

My grandparents bought ALL their cars from Ralph Smith, then my dad did and of course me and now 2 of my daughters own RS cars! They're a very family oriented company. I definitely recommend you visit them and get you a good deal on a fairly used car!

I bought a car from them about 5 years ago. So of course as I was looking to get something else and I was totally disappointed. This can't be the same people from 5 years ago. The cars are not presentable. The interior is filthy. Some of them have key marks and wear and tear to the body. Just because you sell used cars does not mean they can't be presentable.

They made the guy come out and detail the car while I was looking at it. That's so unprofessional. I walked away because if you don't care about the outside and inside up keep then I'm almost afraid to see what's going on under the hood. Joe Scott Motors and Riverview Auto Sales takes real good care of their cars I recommend them before these guys.

I just purchased my 4th car from here. I can say that they have fixed any issues I have had for the most part. Only one car had a lot of issues but I can't really fault them because I should have got my title like I went in to do instead of car shopping again. I love Charles. I only want to deal with him.
