I was referred to Durst by a neighbor. I have had a great experience with buying car, price and unexcepted trouble lights coming on. When I called they would look at it but just blamed my son for car trouble. Worse car I have bought and I had to put money into it for months getting it to run right. Be careful sure they did not go through car and check for problems or care about my son safety or money, just their profit.

If you are in need of a new used vehicle and want someone you can trust choose Durst. Tom made my life of finding a car so easy. I drove like 3 cars the day I went and I found my car that day. All of the vehicles at durst are very nice and clean. Bubba the mechanic is super nice. I had to get a head light bulb replaced and he did it for me. Durst is a one of a kind dealership.

Spoke with the owner of this joint on the phone for 35 minutes roughly a few days ago. Explained my situation with a car I wanted to trade and he said he may make an exception for me and help me out. So I drive down there. He took one walk around my car in probably not even 60 seconds and said "Well I know plenty of people in Lincoln would be interested but I'm not.
But thanks for bringing it by." I had cash ready to spend on me on a good vehicle from him. Too bad he put absolutely no effort into it and pretended like he didn't need or want a sale. I took my car and my money straight to Sid Dillon and they are trying a million times harder than this crack deal of a lot is. Save your money and go to Sid Dillon. Somewhere where they treat YOU like the customer and not like they are the customer.

We spoke with Tom Dean a few weeks ago about selling my grandfather's vehicle for us. (He sold my fathers truck in the past and takes 10% commission which is supposed to include detailing the car). The day we were going to bring the car down there, I called Tom to confirm a time and was told the car needed to be detailed prior to bringing it down or they would charge for that.
He was incredibly rude to me during our entire discussion. My mom called Tom back to discuss this discrepancy and was met with the same hostility and Tom told her to just forget it, that they were too busy to sell the car. A car lot being too busy to sell a car is a little comical but infuriating at the same time. Tom had once considered my parents friends of his.
If he is willing to treat his "friends" this way, I can only imagine how he treats strangers. Dealing with the death of our grandfather has been extremely hard, as many of you can relate. Trying to decide what to do with all his belongings is hard. Selling his car was supposed to be the easy part. Tom verbally agreed to sell it for us just a few weeks ago and then the day of, changes his mind. I beg you to take your business anywhere else. Cold hearted stereotypical car salesman. You deserve better than Durst Motors.
