I came in at 5:30pm yesterday to look at a 2006 Ford Expedition XLT 4WD, they stayed open late to helping me do the paperwork and pay the car in full, super helpful and kind. AWESOME PRICES TO BOOT! Highly to recommend!

I never post reviews, but I'm posting this because I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm going through with these people. I bought a car from here and they told me they had checked it out and that everything was good, but then it had major issues within 2 months of driving it. I've put about 500 miles on it. It's now costing me over 5k to fix the car when I paid 4k for it.

It took 3 days of trying to get in contact with the guy who sold the car. This dealership was pretty rude about it and not willing to help out in any way. Would not recommend.

This was our first experience of buying a car in the US having recently relocated from the UK. We got a great car at a fantastic price and the owner was super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. He talked us through all the paperwork and went out of his way when he had a couple of queries later. Thoroughly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Bryan at Jewel Motors. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Bryan was always available to answer any questions I had. He very accurately described the car I purchased from him over the phone so there weren't any surprises when I inspected the car in person.

I got a great car at a great price from this lot - Honda Civic. The owner advised me to check the timing belt soon with a mechanic as this is a part that needs to be replace on this car after certain mileage. The car was super clean and drove great. If your looking for a new, perfect car, buy a new car. Ive never bought a new car, so I expect some maintenance, at least the owner informed me what to expect.

If they fix everything like new, the cars would be much more expensive. I've had my Civic now for 3 months and it still runs and drives great. I would buy from Jewel again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good USED car at used car prices.

Car engine light went up only after two days, turns out the car had a bad engine, anyway it's been the shop two weeks due to additional problems.

Bought a car here and with in 100 miles the check engine light came on, catalytic converter. Went back to talk to owner, he had his mechanic clear the code and it came right back. Stopped back again and employee said he would be right back, asked for my name and he called the owner, then he said the owner wouldn't be back till much later. I asked for a call back and nothing, COMPLETE NIGHTMARE, never go to this place!

I bought my IS300 from the guys and I couldn't be happier with the transaction. When I arrived to check out one of their cars I was helped immediately and all my questions were answered quickly and concisely. I took the car out for a test drive to get a feel for the car. Everything was as advertised in their ad, and we were able to make a deal. I couldn't recommend Jewel Motors enough.

Hey. I bought a saturn from here a long time ago, maybe 4 years? Never had any problems with it and they gave me a great deal. I guess I'm only posting because of all the negativity. There are very few dealers who have such cheap cars. I mean complaining about a light coming on? I'm glad places like this are still around everyone else only wants to sell you some $10,000 bank drainer.

I like how my previous review is gone! These guys have some really good cars at really great prices. I've bought 2 cars here and will buy my next one here. I only added this one because they removed my 1st one. Just saying the last car I bought is still running great thanks guys. I might be looking again soon! I initially left a scathing review when I got a check engine light on my purchase the night I got it. Changing my review, now that I've had some time to think rationally. Remember: They are used cars sold as-is. This means no warranty. Remember to always go to a TRUSTED mechanic for pre-purchase diagnostics. Make sure you have the time set aside to get a full check up on it.

They are laid back enough and easy to work with, and will even repair really obvious problems where they can I.e. window not rolling up. I, personally, wouldn't trust them in another car purchase, though. It's really what you can't see is a little more than what you've bargained for. Another thing to keep in mind: if you look at the yelp filter and the other 10+ review websites, you'll find numerous 5 star reviews with often the exact copy/paste text and suspiciously similar acct names, indicating that they're either paid someone to create those reviews(rather poorly, might I add) or doctored them up themselves.

The 500 they knocked off got paid for today in repairs, and I'm looking at another 500 or more within the next few months if I can afford it. Long story short, stay on your toes and don't be too easily persuaded-I was a little more naive than I originally thought.

Yes, buyer beware.however, selling someone a bill of goods and knowing it - is kind of sketch no matter how you slice it. Just be really cautious when buying from here - they say nothing - they answer everything with a blank 'We don't know'. If you buy a car here, make sure and take it TO a mechanic and have them put it on the lift as you never know what is lurking.

As it us understood with "dealerships" of this nature, a car is sold as is. The boys at Jewel motors were very low key and no pressure, which was great. Their cars are potentially lower end. but I was not going here expecting like new quality. I actually am very pleased with my purchase. save one thing, which is the reason for my low rating. I research exhaustively before making such large purchases, and knew well beforehand that my car was 100% accident free.

Title was clear. Airbags were never deployed. So 24 hours after I got home, I was surprised to see my airbag light on. Quick post-purchase checkup? The airbags, driver and passenger, are missing. My fault for not specifically asking that to be checked during the pre-purchase inspection? Perhaps - but the warning light was not on. Since the bags never deployed, one must assume they were harvested.

A bit of integrety would have gone a long way here. Now, I am not saying the boys at Jewel took them. However they also never mentioned them missing. They knew, one way or another. As always - buyer beware.
