Pleasant sales people. Moderate parking (some space, but at odd angles). Pricing was better than average market. Smaller selection than other places, but worth buying if they have the vehicle you want.

Looking for a new work van has been a challenge. Always been a Ford or Chevy guy. Josh Cline was very helpful and knowledgeable about the benefits of a Dodge work van. So, I ordered a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Diesel from a fellow "Jeeper" and sales rep named Dylan. (I say fellow Jeeper, but in truth we have never met before this car purchase, we both just love Jeeps.) From start to finish, Dylan was by far the best sales guy I have dealt with.hands down to competition. Nice, smart, funny, and honest. Car buying is stressful for me; this purchase is my wife's car, so it had to be right. Dylan took us through the process and we finally ended up at delivery.

But we can pass by with out mentioning Sarah, who not only managed to get us a great rate, but then doubled checked the day of delivery, and managed to obtain a better offer, re-did our paperwork, and managed to get the car delivered on time. Sarah did a great job, and I appreciate the help in making the process. dare I say fun.

The last thing I will say is, I drove from the Traverse City area because Dylan convinced me there wasn't another guy in the state of Michigan capable of selling me a Jeep that I would love. And he was right.
