I purchased my last vehicle from here and I have used it 1 time for the free oil change. I recently had a headlight go out only to find out that Acura wants $400 dollars to replace it. So, I called Drivers way as their Service department seemed very reasonably priced. Long story short they saved me $300 and I have already had this fantastic car I had bought back in September.
They are all very friendly and helpful staff. This is a well kept secret, if you need vehicle work done at a fair price. Speaking to the service manager, he told me that department makes its money on just the cars they have to get ready to sell. So, unlike other dealerships, they don't have to extort customers to turn a profit. Do yourself a favor. Just recently found out they have a full detailing shop available to have your vehicle cleaned inside and out.

I'm always pleased with the service at Driver's Way. They're quick to get the work done and make recommendations for future service. My tires were wearing and they rotated the front to the back that visit. The next visit they gave me prices for two brands of tires for my vehicle. With honest information and personal views, I made my choice for tires that will last and give me confidence as I travel as often as possible to see friends anywhere from 300-500 miles from home. Since I've worked in the car business for 20 years I called and made an appointment to come up and see Tracie. She had all the paperwork ready I was in and out within an hour. Then I contacted Nicole in the back title office, and she went out of her way to make sure I was accommodated what a wonderful group of people. My husband purchased a family vehicle for us from here. We Have had the vehicle less than a month and already had to get it towed. Very disappointing, we have 3 children one of which is special needs and we thought we were getting a reliable Vehicle. I am aware the vehicles are as is I just figured that if something was ever going to happen to it that it would be a while. Also I have noticed some snarky comment replies on other reviews. People are just giving their honest reviews on the place, reviews that were asked for.

Was not looking forward to having my fan belt replaced given the climate which we live today. However, my experience with the service department could not have been any better. Starting with the scheduling of the appointment to the moment I paid for the service of the vehicle. My appointment was from 1-3 and I got a call around 11 stating my car was ready for pick up. I could not believe I got it back the same day which was important because I needed to travel the next day for business. Exceptional service and exceptional people!

I have bought 2 cars here and had excellent service! I have used the same sales man for both purchases. He was very patient and no pressure. He continued to look for the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Also I got 3 free oil changes and have had excellent service from the service department. I really appreciate Driver's Way Pelham and will continue to buy my cars here and have them serviced here.

Everything from start to finish was phenomenal. We were able to check out the selection without getting hounded or pressured by sales people. CT was great and checked on us just enough to let me know he cared but kept me encouraged to keep looking. He was quick to process everything and worked around my schedule! Even questions he wasn't sure of, there wasn't the typical salesman "let me ask my manager" where they walk away. the manager came to talk WITH us in CT office. CT ran all the options and got me the best deal.
I won't go anywhere else for a vehicle. The only issue I had was the detailers missed some spots when cleaning and they had it released before I could test drive it a second time. 100% recommend to anyone looking for quality and price!

Recently bought a car here and the whole experience was the best! I did not feel pressured like I have in the past shopping for a car. My salesperson was Kirk, who was laid back and easy to work with, but very knowledgeable and professional at the same time. I'll definitely recommend Kirk and Driver's Way to everyone.

Similar great service as we experienced at the Pelham location. The Pelham location actually had us come over here to check out a couple cars that they thought might fit what we were looking for. At the end of the day we didn't make a purchase, but they were correct and had us look at a car that was what we wanted (not sure why we didn't go for the one they had - may have been miles) and we ultimately ended up purchasing (unfortunately not from them - really, but that's another story).
Staff was friendly and didn't mind working with the team from Pelham to show us what they had. Again, same no pressure. no haggle establishment. Same as Pelham, I wouldn't hesitate to check these guys out if we were shopping for a new vehicle.

Got the children out of university and out on their own- so ready to purchase a Corvette but having the hardest time. I have been online for several months looking at vettes. Finally found the color and model I wanted at Driver's Way. Contacted them via online and they responded quickly. I made an appt to see the Corvette. It is a 3 hrs drive from my residence.
I arrived right on time and was warmly greeted. I took family members with me to drive my car home and I would drive the Vette. I was told the Corvette was "immaculate, " so I was looking forward to seeing it. I told the salesman who I was talking to online and he said that person was on the internet team. He said he would be right back- he came back and said he would help us.
He asked what we were looking for and I said the Corvette. It is on the showroom floor- so we walked over to it. I first noticed someone had taken paint and tried to cover up rock chips on the front hood. Then I noticed how dusty the interior was. The top was off- so I could look inside. I tried to open the door to sit inside but it was locked. The salesman said he would get the fob.
When he left I walked around the car and there is a small piece of candy stuck to the side of the Vette. When the salesman arrived back the fob wouldn't work- so He manually opened the hatch and started dismantling the back flooring- the car mats were in the back and they were ripped. Finally he found the battery compartment and I asked what he was doing- he responded that he would jump start the battery.
He said the battery was dead. By this time I was having seconded thoughts about this immaculate car. I simply said that was no need to go to the trouble and our family exited. It was obvious the car was not ready to be shown even though it was on the showroom floor. Disappointed- it looked good in the pictures. But had not been maintained in cleanliness or in keeping charged.

Saw a car I wanted on the website. Clicked, "I'll take it". Salesman called promptly the next morning. I asked them to hold the car for a few days so that I could transfer funds. They said no problem. I went to check out the car, liked it. Came back with the down payment, and it took less than 30 minutes to drive away with the keys. Fast, efficient, professional, and priced right without any haggling.
They didn't add a bunch of fees, they didn't give me any run around or try and sell me anything I didn't want. Matt Vietch was my salesman. He made buying a car as easy as buying lunch. Excellent experience overall.

My daughter just graduated from the University of Alabama. She had her previous car since she was 15, so we wanted to give her a car for a grad/Christmas gift. She looked on all the car sites and researched what she wanted. Her research took her to Drivers Way and she found the car she wanted. The no-haggle price is a great system that reduces stress about having to wheel-and-deal, and the prices are almost always comparable to values found during online research.

Worked with Matt Veith on a Saturday, we initially went to the Chevy dealership across the street was offered poor service and the car was overpriced. Saw drivers way, when it just to see what they can do found the same car less miles for cheaper and it was a better overall experience. We were at the Chevy dealership for two hours and at drivers way the whole deal took less than 30 minutes. Matt Veith did a great job we will definitely by our next car from him.
