I did not purchase here but was treated great I hate buying a car but good experience with the sales team. Some complaining about trade ins can still trade in your car at car max lol and buy from here I don't get why knock their ratings anyways if I purchase a car again I will give them a shot if they have what I want.

It was decent, I guess, the owner seemed a little up tight and a little to indirect for someone who has to get others to buy his cars, but I honestly cant grade this experience as it ws quite indirect contact after the owner handed me a key and said go check it out and let me know! I guess I can say mr. Matt met the overall goal and negotiated a good deal with me! Thnks

Don't come here if you have a trade-in. They tried explaining to me that 1 previous accident that was light/cosmetic was the worst thing in the world. At the same time, the vehicle they were selling had the same accident history. I went to Carmax an hour later and received a trade offer $6k higher than what they were offering. Sid made an impression as if he barely knows how to use his laptop and failed to provide insightful input, stating the vehicles are priced to sell and should be the only incentive their customers need to purchase from them. Having a boomer try to explain to a millennial what paddle shifters on a vehicle, struggle to use google chrome, and mixing up his statements led to an ultimately bad first impression. Ended up trading my Mercedes for a Tesla the next day at Carmax. Avoid this place if you're in your 20's or have a trade-in because apparently they won't care to provide basic customer service.

I ended up NOT buying a car from here, but my visit was favorable and without drama. The manager just didn't want my trade, and I respect the direct response instead of offering me an insulting amount. I ended up getting a car the same day from a place that was happy to take my car, so I feel like they could have traded and made money on my car, but they didn't want to deal with the repairs. I'm fine with that. If Michaels has a car you want I would not hesitate to check them out. It seems to be a no-BS kind of place.

Exceptional service from the entire team. After visiting several dealerships for weeks I finally stumbled upon Michael's for a vehicle they recently posted. Despite the age, the vehicle was in mint condition and Sydney was more than happy to share all the details about their buying and selling process as I drove. Franco took the time to explain the financial aspect of the business and by the time I left with the vehicle it felt like dealing with family. I don't know where to start explaining my experience at Michaels Autos. I have a Business degree and I will say Michaels is all about the three C's, "customer, customer, and customer." Franco was very professional and paved the way for a smooth purchase. The staff was friendly and I got to meet Syd who had great reviews on their website. I started communicating with Franco about the BMW 540i that caught my eye last Monday, and he made me feel very comfortable in driving down to Orlando to see and test drive the car. Franco was honest and straightforward and now I am the proud owner of that BMW 540i.

I purchased a vehicle from Michaels Auto sales just yesterday and let me tell you the experience was unbelievable. I flew in from Charlotte NC after speaking to Sydney about their Dodger Charger. The car was immaculate and could have sold itself, however Sydney made my buying experience so simple and easy! I drove the car home 7.5 hours and would do it again. Sydney even texted to make sure I made it home safe. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for a quality vehicle. I feel like i truly have something thats one of a kind.

I have already purchased 2 cars from Michaels auto already, previously I owned a 2016 Hyundai Elentra and replaced it with a 2017 Toyota Corolla with only 12 miles on it! They have a very friendly staff, that always have a smile on their face. You can shop with confidence here and have one of the greatest car buying experiences.
